Trade clients include Procurement Companies, Decorators, Architects and other industry professionals purchasing from our retail collection with a trade discount in South Africa.​

Spend R2500.00 or more to get a 10% discount. Spend R10,000.00 or more to get a 15% discount. Spend R30,000.00 or more to get a 20% discount. Orders under R2500.00 will not qualify for trade discounts.​

Discounts may be reduced/increased at management discretion based on the order value, frequency and stock levels.

We will pass discounts on in-stock products and stock arriving in future-dated containers. We will not offer discounts for custom-manufactured furniture.

Regrettably, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered for pre-orders, custom orders, containers on the water and containers in production. We are a small family-run business and cannot afford to ship goods that clients pre-order only to return after delivery. 

Delivery from Cape Town is not included. You will receive a delivery quotation by email, which you can approve or decline. You'll need to pay the courier directly into the courier's bank account.

Orders will be released once payment has cleared our bank account.

Your order will be ready to ship from Cape Town within 2-3 working days after receiving full payment, provided you have not ordered anything from a future-dated container. If you need your order sooner, please let us know. We do not insure orders collected by your courier or by you in person. We inspect the order before it leaves our warehouse and encourage you and your courier to do the same. Once the order leaves our warehouse, all risk passes over to yourself/courier.
