Shipping and in-store collection
Our warehouse is conveniently located in Westlake, Cape Town. We have established reliable partnerships with trusted courier services to facilitate nationwide delivery. To ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free, please select the most suitable delivery option at the checkout.
Dispatch time
Typically, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment. To facilitate this process, our logistics manager will promptly provide you with a payment link. You can conveniently make your payment using Snapscan, instant Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF), or your credit/debit card. We do not add a mark-up to the delivery fee.
Cape Town in-store pickup option
Cape Town clients are welcome to collect their orders immediately after payment has been received. Simply select the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout to take advantage of this convenient choice.

If you require a new box for any reason, or if your order is intended as a gift, please let us know in advance. In such cases, a nominal charge for new packaging will apply to accommodate your specific requirements.
