Our products are handmade, one piece at a time, using natural materials. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike due to the handmade nature of our products. We use natural materials such as raw, treated and untreated wood, Rattan and plant material which is a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, which may result in cracking and splitting. This is a natural process, and the product is not deemed defective in such instances.
